Use our special reports to help make sure you export data from Sage 50 in the correct format.

Use these reports to help to export:

  • Customer records
  • Supplier records
  • Product records (Stock and non-stock)
  • Service records
  • Customer opening balances
  • Supplier opening balances

Download the backup file

1. Download our switching reports backup from the following link

Sage Accounting Switching Reports 2017.zip

Depending on your internet browser, the file will

Download to your Downloads folder

Prompt you to Save the file. Save the file to your Downloads folder

2. Unzip or Extract the files to access the backup.

Open the file

Choose Extract All

Choose the location for the unzipped file, such as the Downloads folder

Restore the switching reports backup

  1. Log in to Sage 50.
  2. Choose File and then Restore.
  3. Browse to where you saved the switching reports.
  4. Select the file and select Open.
  5. Click OK, Yes, and then OK.
