Run the Audit trail report- Go to Reports.
- Choose Audit Trail.
- Select the time period you want using the drop-down list.
- If you select Customer, use the From and To boxes to enter the required date range.
- then select Calculate.
TIP: Select Calculate every time you change any filter. - Choose the Summary or Detailed view.
- Summary - shows the transaction total
- Detailed - shows the ledger accounts, and the debits and credits
Filter the list by transaction typeTo show specific transaction types: - Select More.
- From the Transaction Type drop list, choose the relevant type.
- Select Calculate.
Filter the list to exclude deleted transactionsDeleted transactions are automatically included and show with a line through them. To exclude these or view deleted transactions only: - Select More.
- From the Status drop list, choose to exclude deleted transactions or deleted only.
- Select Calculate.
Export the report- Run the audit trail report to show the transactions you want.
- Select Export.
- Choose CSV or PDF.
- When ready, the report will show in notifications on the top bar.
