How to export your contacts from Accounting
Description

Select the relevant contact data you would like to export from the options below to see the steps required. If you're exporting data to be transferred to another application, we recommend exporting CSV files.

Export your contacts

To export your customers or suppliers as a CSV or PDF file, you need to go to the relevant area of Accounting and export each area separately.
For example, to export customers:
  1. Go to Contacts.
     NOTE: 
    At the bottom of the window, you can specify how many records you want to appear on the page in the Show XX records list. If you have more than one page of contacts, you can use the arrow buttons to navigate between these pages. 
  2. To select all customers that appear on this page, select the tick box at the top left of the heading. Alternatively, you can select the tick box next to each customer you want to export.
  3. If you have more than one page of contacts, navigate to each page then repeat step 2.
  4. Once you’ve selected the relevant customers you want to export; from the action toolbar, click the CSV or PDF button.   
  5. If prompted, browse to where you want to save the file then click Save.
