Connecting to your Sage account gives you access to a range of extra features. It also adds an extra layer of security to your Sage 50 Accounts software, introducing 2-factor authentication to your login process. 

Cloud-connect when setting up a service

If you try to set up a connected service, like Bank Feeds or Sage Copilot for example, you're prompted to connect your Sage account. 

The relevant service you're setting up will guide you through the process to cloud-connect. Just follow the prompts to continue. 

Cloud-connect without selecting a service first

You can connect your account without first selecting a service to use it with. 

1. Click Continue.
   
2. Enter your First Name and Last Name, then click Yes, I am the right person.
3. Check your company information is correct, then click Continue.
4. If you have a Sage account login, enter your login details, click Log in then continue to step 8.
5. If you don't yet have a Sage account, click Create account.
6. Enter your details, enter and confirm the password you want to use, and then click Sign Up.
7. Check your emails, enter the verification code you've received, and click Continue.
8. When the Success Your company is now connected window appears, click Close.
