How to add additional users to Invoice finance - UK only

1. In Sage 50 Accounts

Before you can add a user to the Invoice Finance portal, you need to create a user in the software, if you've already done this, you can move on to the next section.

For guidance on creating new users please refer to our Create, edit, and delete users guide.


2. Set up their Sage Account

Once the user is set up in Sage 50 Accounts, they must create a Sage Account. If the user already has an account, they can move on to the next section.

  1. Click Invoice Finance
  2. Then click Create account and follow the onscreen guidance.

3. In the Invoice finance portal

  1. Click Admin, then click Organisation.
  2. Click Users, then click Invite a user, and enter their details.
     CAUTION: The email address must already have a Sage Account associated with it.  
  3. Select the relevant Marketing consent and click Send invitation.

You've now added your user and they can access the Invoice Finance portal by entering their Sage account email address and password in the Invoice Finance portal.
