When you log in to Sage HR or Sage HR Online Services, if the same email address has been used for another company that also uses this software, you can switch between these companies. So for example, you can log in to Company A, then switch to Company B to view your payslips or time off requests in that company. Screenshot on the Website version

When you click on your company name, if you aren't provided with a list of other companies, this means the other company you want to access doesn't use the same email address. To be able to select another company to log in to, you must ask one of the companies to change your email address to the same as the other. If this isn't possible, to log in to a second company you must log out, then log in to the other company with the other correct email address and password. We'll show you how to do this in the steps below. |
