Employee's payslips shows in 'Company payslips' but no profile is created in Sage HR Online Services
Description

Usually when you upload a payslip for an employee that doesn't yet exist in Sage HR Online Services, an employee's profile is automatically created in Sage HR Online Services. The employee is sent a welcome email so they can set up their access to view their payslip in their profile.

As an admin user, you can view your employees' payslips and P60s in the Company Payslips section

Sometimes it can occur that after uploading payslips for the first time, the employee's payslip shows in the Company Payslips section, but no profile has been created for the employee.  The employee record can't be found either by searching for them or by browsing within the Company Directory.

In some instances, you can see the payslip, but no email address appears next to it.

Cause
Resolution

If this issue occurs, please contact Sage 50 Payroll support.

Inform Sage 50 Payroll support of the following:

  • Uploaded payslips appear in 'Company payslips' section

  • No employee Sage HR profile has been created

  • If the Email field is blank, let support know that too
