You may have employees who don't have a profile set up in Sage HR Online Services yet. When you upload their first payslip from Sage 50 Payroll, your software creates their profile in Sage HR Online Services automatically.

However, sometimes there's no profile for the employee after you upload their payslip. This means the employee isn't on the list in the Company Directory, and the search option gives no results for their name.

To check for employee profiles, an admin user can view your employees' payslips and P60s in the Company Payslips section. 

No employee profile

If an employee's profile is missing after you uploaded their payslip, contact Sage 50 Payroll support and provide the following information:

• Explain that there's no employee profile in Sage HR Online Services after you uploaded their payslip
• Whether the employee's payslips appear in the Company payslips section of Sage HR Online Services
• If you can see the payslip but the Email field is blank beside it, explain this too
