Resolution
  1. Open Sage 50 Accounts, go to Help and About, and make a note of the following:
    • Serial Number
    • Activation Key
    • Account Number
  2. Check these registration details are the same as stated in your order confirmation email.

    TIP:

    Use your account number and postcode to find your serial number and activation key if you can't find your details.

     
  3. Select the relevant option:
