What's New?Key changes- New Email and Contact Import features: Users can now import email messages from their Exchange Online account and file them against a Company, Person, or Opportunity record.
- Standardisation of password storage and encryption: To further improve system security, we reviewed how passwords entered through the UI were stored within the system. The work standardized field sizes and the secure storage of the data.
Additional features- Updating old technology: A new Email and Contact Import feature that replaces the classic and lite Outlook plug-ins.
- Branding and UI uplift: Changes to the user interface that addresses accessibility & the new Sage brand.
- Enhancements to the REST API: We have further extended capability to better manage attachments and the document library.
- Support for SQL Server Web Edition: This extends our commitment to improve our customers’ return-on-investment from their Sage CRM instance.
All the e-learning has been refreshed as well as user assistance and much more! Product compatibility- Sage CRM 2022 R2 is compatible with both Qnect 200 and Qnect 50
Note: Sage CRM is not compatible for use with: - Sage 200 via Partner Cloud (applies to all versions of Sage CRM) - work is still ongoing
- Any version of Sage 1000 (2022 R1 is the last version that will be tested)
