Terms and Conditions Update

Dear Partner / Developer,

From 01 October 2022 we will be updating our:

    • Sage 200 Product Terms;

We are specifically updating the following:

General

      • Changes to references and language to reflect current operations, e.g. retirement of Sage 200 Extra Online

Please note that, we have set out above the key changes but this is not an exhaustive list of changes.

Where can I see the terms?

Sage 200 Product Terms are available on the relevant legal pages : UK | IRL

How will this impact you?

  • 19 September 2022 - LaunchPad messaging to all versions with the feature capability
  • 19 September 2022 - Customer email communication to all customers outlining the terms are changing
  • 01 October 2022 – Product Terms & Service Availability terms will be uploaded to Sage Provisioning Portal and to our legal pages

What action do you need to take?

    • Sage 200 Product Terms
      • Please ensure your teams are aware of the changes
      • For all customers on versions without LaunchPad capability, please share this information with them

In all cases, we do not need customers to sign an updated registration form, by continuing to use the solution they are agreeing with the terms and conditions.
