We’ve been reaching out for some time around our decision to withdrawn Sage 200 Extra Online. As the service will retire as of 30 September 2022, which is fast approaching, we wanted to reach out to ensure you have all the information you need to hand, to remind you of the timeline and share some upcoming activity.

Next Steps

• 31st August – email communication to customers – where they have an active site but no deletion date. We’ll remind them of the retirement date and the importance of extracting their data. We’ll also be telling them that they will receive a cancellation email once we set the site deletion date.
• 1st September – all remaining sites will have their cancellation date set as 01 October 2022 which will trigger a cancellation email, this includes a full reminder of all the information they need.
• 1st October – all sites will shut down and customers will lose access.
