Description

This communication was sent 01 August 2022.

Notice 22-FX | 01 August 2022

Over the past two and a half years, we've provided extensive communications to you around customer use of older versions of Sage 200 and the need to upgrade.

As we’re in the final few months, we’re planning further communications to ensure customers have all the information they need to achieve the action by the deadline of 30 September 2022.

What are the next steps & key dates?

We’re commencing with another wave of communications to customers focusing solely on the licensing issue which is the most urgent, the Internet Explorer piece alongside Bank Feeds and Invoice Payments we’ll leave with you to work through with the customers. As part of the customer communication, we’re asking them to validate their version number and the action taken.

Customers where upgrades are required

  • 02 August: We’ll be emailing customers using versions 2013, 2015, 2016, Summer 2017 and Winter 2017

Note: where a remaster build was available and you’ve told us this was applied via our upgrade notification form, these customers will not be communicated with.

Customers where updates are available:

  • 02 August: In-product Launchpad message to customers on Spring 2018, Summer 2018, Winter 2018 or Spring 2019.

In all cases we’ll be asking the customer to confirm their version number and if they have taken action via an upgrade or patch, so we can update our records directly.
