The latest version that’s compatible with Sage Job Costing is: 28.0.226.0. To do download this:

1. Log on to your computer as an administrator and close all software.
2. If your v28 isn’t this exact version number, click the link below:
   Download Sage 50 Accounts v28.0.226.0
3. Locate and right-click SageAccounts_28.0.226.0.exe, then select Run as Administrator.
4. Once the installation is complete, open Sage 50 Accounts.
5. On the menu bar click Help, click About.
6. Under Program Details, check this now shows the latest version.

If you have Sage 50 Accounts on more than one computer, repeat these steps on each computer including the computer where your data is held.

 CAUTION: Sage Job Costing isn’t compatible with any later versions. Don't upgrade to v29 or above if you use Job Costing.
