This communication was sent 22 March 2022. Product Update for Sage 200 CRM and Sage CRM Notice 22-EN | 22 March 2022 Dear Partner, Last year we wrote to you to outline our changes surrounding Sage CRM, Sage 200 CRM, our integration capability changes and the move to subscription. You can see copies of the communications in our archive. What’s the process? When you’re ready to migrate a customer, contact us using our Dual Partner licence migration form. It’s important that this form is submitted by the partner taking on the Sage CRM support, however the current partner must be in agreement before the form is submitted. In the cases where the Sage 200 partner submits it, these will be rejected. The Sage CRM partner will also need to complete the order form. We encourage you to request this in line with the Sage 200 renewal, where possible, to ensure that the two products remain aligned. We understand this isn’t always possible so we’re happy to take requests when you’re ready, in these scenarios, the product renewals won’t be aligned. We require seven days’ notice to process a request and following this, a new CRM licence will be activated from the first working day of the month following the request. The Sage 200 users involved as part of the migration will be removed from the Sage 200 registration at the end of the month prior. This can be used in the scenario of moving to Standalone Sage CRM with or without Qnect 200 subject to the rules we’ve outlined in previous communications. Please follow the usual ordering process for all other additional services including; - Purchasing Qnect 200
- Purchasing additional Sage 200 and/or Sage CRM users
