Check you are using the correct email addressThis can occur if an email address used for an employee you are uploading payslips for isn't correct. Please check the email addresses of the employees you're uploading payslips for. If an email address is wrong, remember you must remove them from your Online Services first to change their email address.
Upload payslips in smaller groupsTry uploading payslips for just a few individual employees, or less amount of employees to see if the error still occurs. If this works, temporarily upload payslips this way.
Check other companies on Sage 50 PayrollCheck to see whether the same thing occurs when uploading payslips on other companies if you have them on Sage 50 Payroll.
Try on another computerSee whether you can upload payslips without this error occurring on another computer.
