Integration with Sage Products

  • Sage 200 CRM (using classic integration or connector) – this customised version of Sage CRM is now retired. This version of Sage CRM is not compatible or supported with any version of Sage 200 using the connector or integration functionality.
  • Sage 200 CRM (standalone) with Qnect 200 – is tested and supported with this release. Find out more in the Qnect 200 compatibility matrix
  • Sage CRM with Sage ERP 1000 – This combination is not tested and therefore is not currently compatible or supported with any version of Sage 1000. Any changes will be communicated separately.

Sage CRM and Sage Partner Cloud Program

Just a reminder - Sage CRM is now supported on Microsoft SQL Azure, which is a pre-requisite for Sage 200 Professional via the Sage Provisioning Portal.

For now, this does not mean it supports the Sage Partner Cloud program as there is additional testing that needs to be undertaken. However, it does mean we’re taking steps forward – so watch this space and we hope to have more to share with you soon!
