Disruption to Bank Feeds – Metro Bank Notice 21-DO | 08 December 2021 Dear Partner, Due to a recent change made by Metro Bank, our banking service integration provider Plaid is currently unable to connect to the service, resulting in the integration within Sage products being temporarily unavailable. What we knowMetro Bank made a change to its open banking integration with Plaid – Sage's Bank Feeds service provider - which has caused the service to stop working for all existing and new Metro Bank customers at Sage. To prevent disruption to customers we have also temporarily disabled the ability for new customers to sign up to Bank Feeds service for Metro Bank until the issue has been resolved. While we work with Plaid to ensure a permanent fix, we have a bespoke workaround for each customer group that is impacted. This will ensure our customers can maintain the rhythm of their business.
