ReCaptcha errors
Description

You may receive one of the following issues:

'There was a problem registering your company'

Your first step is to you're using the latest build of Sage 50 Payroll.

If the error still occurs, check your Company Settings for any invalid characters. Click Company, then Settings and check the following fields:

  • Company name
  • All five address lines
  • Postcode
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address
    • Ensure there are no spaces, there’s an @ symbol, and that it ends correctly, for example .co.uk or .com
    • Check this field contains only one email address

Company details report

When you've checked the fields above, check if you've resolved the error. Where the error still appears, run the Company Details report. This report highlights text that doesn't appear in your company settings.

  1. Click Reports then Company.
  2. Run the Company Details report.
  3. Check on this report for any invalid characters in the fields you checked earlier.
  4. If you find any invalid characters, click Company then Settings.
  5. Delete all characters from the field you found an issue in.
  6. Enter the character X in this field then click OK to save the change.
  7. Click Company then Settings again.
  8. Re-enter the correct details and click OK.
