Error: 'Duplicate email address...This record requires attention' - Sage HR Online Services
Description

If you have two employee records with the same email address and you upload payslips to Sage HR Online Services, the following message appears:

'EMPLOYEE NAME has a duplicate email address of EMAIL ADDRESS. This record requires attention.'

This occurs if another employee has the same email address in their record. This includes an employee's old record if they're a returning leaver and you created their new record using the same email address that was used for their previous record in Sage HR Online Services.

Cause
Resolution

The simplest way to resolve this is by using a different email address for the employee's new record. However, if you must use the same email address, follow the same resolution steps outlined in Error: 'This email address is already in use'.
