If you have two employee records with the same email address and you upload payslips to Sage HR Online Services, the following message appears: 'EMPLOYEE NAME has a duplicate email address of EMAIL ADDRESS. This record requires attention.' This occurs if another employee has the same email address in their record. This includes an employee's old record if they're a returning leaver and you created their new record using the same email address that was used for their previous record in Sage HR Online Services. |
