| Control admin access to payslips & P60s in Sage HR Online Services |
Description | By default, when you create a new admin, they have access to employee payslips and P60s. If you do not want an admin to have this access, it is easy to disable. NOTE: This can only be done by an admin who has access permission to Manage access to Payslips & P60s.

Resolution | - Click on your name or email address in the top-right hand corner, then click Settings.
- On the settings menu, click Permissions, then click Admin.
- On this page is listed all the current employees with admin rights.
- Next to the relevant user, under View Employee's Payslips & P60s, deselect the check box.
- Click Save.
NOTE: You can't control which employee payslips an admin has access to. They can either see all employee payslips, or no employee payslips. [BCB:183:Oli Footer CB with feedback:ECB] [BCB:47:Sales - SEB:ECB]
