Description

Additional employee details can be amended directly in Sage HR Online Services.

For steps on how to change additional details in an individual employee's profile, follow the steps below.

Cause
Resolution
  1. In Sage HR Online Services, either search for the employee, or browse to them via Company on the main menu.

  2. Click on the relevant tab on the profile menu, such as Employee or Personal etc.

  3. Add any additional information or edit current details as required.

  4. Once finished, scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

NOTE: In Sage HR Online Services to amend an employee's first name, last name, email address, and start date, this must be done in Sage 50 Payroll. Read more >
