There is a setting you can apply in Sage HR integrated with Sage 50 Payroll to allow an employee to have access to their payslips after they've been terminated. From their termination date you can grant them access to their payslips up to either: This means even when they have left the company, they can log into their profile on a computer to view their payslips for the specified amount of time you select. Make your leaving employees aware that to access their payslips after they leave, they must use the Sage HR web portal, recommended on a computer. Your employees lose all access to your company on the Sage HR mobile app the day after their termination date. |
