This error occurs if the installation file has been corrupted. 

Simply delete the downloaded file, ensure you have full administrative access to your computer and download and install the file again.

If you have firewall or antivirus software, you may need to check that the installation file is not being blocked by that software, for further help with this, you may need to refer to local IT support.
