We're in the process of updating all of our customers' Sage HR Online Services to a new version. Some customers may be on Version 1, others on Version 2. 

Visually you'll not notice any difference between the two versions, but there are a few differences between them regarding certain processes, such as amending an employee's email address.

If you ever need to check or get confirmation of which version you're currently using, this can be easily checked in your settings when logged into Sage HR Online Services as an admin. We'll run you through the steps below.

NOTE: All customers currently using Sage HR Online Services should now be on Version 2. If you discover that you're still Sage HR Online Services v1, please contact Sage 50 Payroll support.
