Essential Software Maintenance - Action Needed Notice 21-BX | 06 May 2021 Dear Partner, We wrote to you on 01 April 2021 to share information around an issue we'd identified. We provided details of a software hotfix that needed to be applied to all sites currently using or who wish to use the GoCardless integration. You can remind yourself of the communication here. You must apply this hotfix if you are integrating or plan to integrate Sage 200cloud Professional with GoCardless. The hotfix is to address the known issue '8353'. Failure to apply the hotfix may result in transactions being processed incorrectly and integration between Sage 200cloud and GoCardless will not be supported. We strongly recommend you notify all support staff of this issue, to ensure future new integrations with GoCardless are not impacted. |
