Notice 21-BK | 19 April 2021 Dear Partner, We want our customer experience to be the best possible. We are planning to improve how customers onboard to the HSBC.net bank feed service and this requires an update to Sage 200 Professional. This change does not impact any HSBC feed already currently in place or put in place before 01 August 2021. In order to improve the experience, we need to make a change to how our banking integration works, this requires an update. |
From 01 August 2021, customers will need to upgrade to Sage 200 Professional 2021 R1 in order to add a new feed for any HSBC.net account. We aim to provide R1 before August 1st however the upgrade must still be installed so please check if your clients are likely to be impacted. Ideally, they can add any new accounts before August 1st. If they are impacted, the import bank file feature will be available as an interim solution, you can find out more here. We apologise any disruption this may cause; we hope that providing notice this will support preparations with your customers. |
