Resolution | Please click on the error below for steps to resolve.
P60s upload- Property: '/P60's/0/employmentLine3' error: employmentLine3 is not valid >
To resolve this, remove any special characters in the address field of the employees record. If you can't see any special characters, there are some steps to take: - Open the employees record and note their address.
- Delete the address, and enter the word test in each line of the address field.
- Click Save.
- Re enter the employee's correct address.
- Click Save, then Close.
- Property: '/p60s/0/payrollNumber' Error: payrollNumber is not valid >
To resolve this, check the employee's Works number and remove any spaces or special characters. - Double click the required employee.
- Click the Employment tab.
- Click the Works Number field and remove any special characters or spaces.
- Click Save, then Close.
Payslips upload- Employee address line error >
To resolve this, remove any special characters in the address field of the employees record.

To resolve this, remove any special characters in the department name or reference and try to upload the payslips again. - Click Company, then Settings.
- Click Analysis.
- Amend the Department Name or Reference accordingly.
- Click OK.
You can then try to upload payslips again.

To resolve this, remove any special characters in the Payslip Comment field of the employees record. - Double click the relevant employees record.
- Click the Analysis tab.
- Check the Payslip Comment field and remove any special characters
- Click Save, then click Close.
You can then try to upload payslips again.
