We’re really sorry we were unable to deploy our software update last night – this was due to issues with Microsoft Services. 

We’ll deploy on 18 March 2021 - this means the software will be unavailable between 20:00-00:00. 

Customers will need to download a small update the first time you access the software following the software update.
