Upload employees' payroll documents - Online Bureau
Description

You can use the Online Documents function within Online Bureau to share documents quickly and securely with your client and their employees.

Upload existing payroll documents

  1. Select the required employees, then click Employee.
  2. Click Employee Record, then click the Documents tab.
  3. Select the required payroll document.
    • To select multiple payroll documents, press Ctrl + select the required payroll documents
  4. Click Upload Document, then click Upload.
  5. Click Close, then click Save.
  6. To move on to the next employee, click Next, then repeat steps 3 to 6.

Upload new payroll documents

  1. Select the required employees, then click Employee.
  2. Click Employee Record, then click the Documents tab.
  3. Click Add Document, then select Copy the documents into Sage Payroll.
  4. Click Browse, then browse to and double-click the required payroll document.
  5. Select the Upload to Sage Online Documents? check box.
  6. Click OK, then click Upload.
  7. Click Close, then click Save.
  8. To move on to the next employee, click Next, then repeat steps 3 to 8.

Publish your payroll documents

If you chose to publish your payroll documents straight away, start from step 3. Or, if you chose to publish them later, complete the following steps from step 1.

  1. Click Company, then click Online Document Settings.
  2. Click Do it now to Visit your Online Documents portal.
  3. Enter your Sage ID, then click Sign In.
  4. Click Online Documents, then click Pending Documents.
  5. Select the check box for each payroll document you want to publish.
    • Alternatively, to publish all payroll documents, select the main check box in the column heading
  6. Click Publish.
