Publish your payroll documents
If you chose to publish your payroll documents straight away, start from step 3. Or, if you chose to publish them later, complete the following steps from step 1.
- Click Company, then click Online Document Settings.
- Click Do it now to Visit your Online Documents portal.
- Enter your Sage ID, then click Sign In.
- Click Online Documents, then click Pending Documents.
- Select the check box for each document you want to publish.
Alternatively, to publish all documents, select the main check box in the column heading. - Click Publish then, from the drop-down list, select which group of users have permission to view the documents.
- Click Publish.
Once you upload and publish documents, you can view and manage them within the online service.
