| Global changes: Deductions |
Resolution | Change the default rate of a deduction - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Change Rates.
- Make the required changes then click OK then click Yes.
Change the default hours of a deduction - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Change Hours.
- Make the required changes then click OK then click Yes.
Add or remove a deduction from employees Add a deduction - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Add Deduction.
- Click the required deductions then click OK then click Yes.
Remove a deduction - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Remove Payment.
- Click the required deductions then click OK then click Yes.
Add or remove a salary sacrifice deduction Add a salary sacrifice deduction - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Add Salary Sacrifice Deduction.
- Select the required deductions.
If the deduction is for childcare, enter the Childcare Salary Sacrifice joined date. - Click OK then click Yes.
Remove a salary sacrifice deduction - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Remove Salary Sacrifice Deduction.
- Select the required deductions.
- Click OK then click Yes.
Clear to date values - On the Employee List, select the required employees.
- Click Tasks then click Global Changes.
- Click Deductions then click Clear To Date Values.
- Select the required deductions.
- Click OK then click Yes.
