You can use the nominal record's activity list to quickly view all of the transactions associated with the selected nominal record and a summary of the details for each transaction. This is particularly useful for checking data you've already entered and to help locate any discrepancies in your nominal record values. For certain nominal accounts, like bank nominals, the tab is split into an upper and lower pane. - The upper pane shows a summary information about each transaction, one line per transaction.
- The lower pane displays the individual items that make up each transaction. For example, if you select a sales receipt transaction in the upper pane, the lower pane shows information about the items on the associated invoice.
Access the Activity tab- On the navigation bar click Nominal codes, browse to and double-click the required nominal record then click Activity.
