The Activity tab NOTE: It's not possible to amend the details of a product transaction. For stock adjustments you can post adjustment transactions. At the top the following information appears: Product Code | This is the product code. | Description | This is the product description taken from the Details tab. | Cat Number | The category number from the Details tab. | Category Name | This shows the category name. | Show | To filter the transactions, choose the criteria you require. | Date | This is the date range transactions are shown for. This information is taken from the Show drop-down list. | Type | The type of transactions displayed. This information is taken from the Show drop-down list. | In the list the following information appears: Type | One of the following transaction types appear: AI | Adjustment in | AO | Adjustment out | DI | Damages in - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | DO | Damages out - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | GI | Goods in - Using purchase orders - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | GO | Goods out - Using sales orders and product invoices | GR | Goods returned - Using credit notes | MI | Movement in - Product transfers only - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | MO | Movement out - Product transfers only - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | WO | Write off - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | | Date | The date entered on the product transaction. | Ref. | The reference you gave to the transaction. | Details | The details or description text that was entered at the time of posting to identify the transaction. | Project Ref | Sage 50 Accounts Professional only Appears if Enable Project Costing is selected. - Click Settings then click Company Preferences then click Parameters

The cost code used on the transaction. | Qty In | Shows the amount of product that was moved into stock. | Qty Out | Shows the amount of product that was moved out of stock. | Qty Used | The amount stock used or sold from this adjustment in. It helps you understand the cost price of the stock as the software uses First In First Out (FIFO). | Cost Price | Shows the cost price if the transaction line is any of the following: AI | Adjustment in | GI | Goods in | GR | Goods returned | MI | Movement in - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | DI | Damages in - Sage 50 Accounts Professional only | | Sales Price | Sage 50 Accounts Professional only Shows the sales price if the transaction line is a Goods Out (GO). | In the totals the following information appears: Quantity On Order | Sage 50 Accounts Professional only This is the quantity of the selected products which have been ordered and placed on order using the Purchase Order option but has not yet been delivered. | Quantity Allocated | Sage 50 Accounts Professional only This is the quantity of the selected stock that has been set aside for sales orders or projects. | Quantity In Stock | The current quantity in stock for the selected products, including allocated stock. | Quantity Available | Sage 50 Accounts Professional only This is the quantity in stock of the selected products less the quantity allocated for the selected products. | [BCB:121:Limitless - 50 Accounts - Products and Services:ECB]
