| | Description | When logging into your company, enter your Logon name and password. The Logon name is either MANAGER or the name the manager user created when setting up access rights for additional users. If you have a different Logon name and can't remember it, ask the manager user to log in and check the user list. Follow the steps below based on your version.  NOTE: Refer to our other article if you’re seeing the error message 'You have entered an invalid logon name'.

| Resolution | Select your version from the options below to learn more: - Either log on yourself as manager, or request a colleague who knows the manager logon credentials to log in to the company.
NOTE: Alternatively, any user with administrator access can access User Management. - Click Settings, then User Management.
- You’ll then see the list of users, including logon names for all users.
