Forgotten logon name
Description

When you log into your company, the logon name is either MANAGER or the name the manager user created when setting up.

NOTE:

Use our alternative article if you see the message 'You have entered an invalid logon name.'

Cause
Resolution

If you can't remember your logon name, ask the manager user to log in and check the user list:

▼ v27 and above
  1. Log on as a manager, or a user with administrator access.
  2. Go to Settings, hover over User Management and select Users.
  3. You’ll see the list of users.
▼ v26 and below
  1. Log on as manager.
  2. Select Settings, then Access rights.
  3. You’ll see the list of users.
