Details
You can enter the details for the item line here.
Date
The date of the transaction.
Department
The department for the item line.
Fund
If you use the charities option, the fund reference appears here.
Ex. Ref
You can enter or amend the additional reference here.
Project Ref
The project reference for the item line.
Cost Code
The Cost Code relating to the project.
Net
The net amount of the item line.
Tax
The tax amount of the item line.
T/C
The tax code used for the transaction.If you change the tax code, the Net and Tax boxes don’t update automatically.
Paid
The amount of the item line that is allocated and not outstanding.
Paid in full
Selected if there’s nothing outstanding on the item line and it’s fully paid or allocated.
Disputed
Selected if you have marked the item line as a disputed item.
Payment Allocations
The payments or receipts connected to the transaction.
If there aren't any allocations, the 'Edit' or 'View' option isn’t available.
Number
The transaction number of the item line. This is for information only and you can't change it.
The amount allocated and allocated transaction type and number. This is for information only and you can't change it.
Payment Ref.
The reference on the item line. You can change this if required.
The date of the allocation. This is for information only and you can't change it.
Amount
The amount of the allocation. This is for information only and you can't change it.
