Update your payroll for the period
Description

After you enter the payments for a pay run and you're ready to save them, you need to use update records. This saves the value for the period and updates each employee's year to date values.

Follow the steps

  1. Click Payroll, then Update Records.
  2. Click Yes, click Backup.
  3. Click Next, then click Next.
  4. Click Next, then click Finish.
  5. Click OK, then Next.
  6. Click Finish, then click OK.
