Report Designer - Add Inactive Flag to criteria Values

  1. Click on the report you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Report, then select Criteria.
  4. Click New Criteria, then choose the relevant option:
    CustomersSALES_LEDGER
    SuppliersPURCHASE_LEDGER 
    Products and ServicesPURCHASE_LEDGER 
  5.  Then select INACTIVE_FLAG.
  6. Click OK on the next three screens then click File and Save.
  7. Close Report Designer and open the relevant report.
  8. To remove duplicates set Inactive Flag - Yes/No to Is and 1.
  9. On the menu bar click File, then click Save As.
  10. Enter a new file name then click Save.
  11. On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.
