Sales, Marketing & Services Connector - Extended support period update

Dear partner,

Late last year we issued a communication advising that following a product review the Sales, Marketing & Service Connector would enter extended support effective 01 October 2018, ending December 2019.

We've been talking to partners about our plans and we're in the final stages so to minimise disruption to customers & partners, the connector will remain in extended support until 31 December 2020.

We hope to be able to share our finalised plans shortly and we apologise for the delay.
