This occurs if the Sage account you're logged in with has insufficient permission to carry out the required task.

To resolve this, in the first instance, ensure that you are entering your own, correct, Sage accpunt, then:

• If you believe you should have access to carry out this task - Request access from the account administrator
• If you do not have the required level of access - The task should be completed by the account administrator, who has the required access level
