Maintenance notification: service availability
Notice 20-BH | 22 September 2020

On Saturday, September 26 2020 between 20:00 and 21:00 BST we will be performing routine maintenance to our payments service.

During this window it will not be possible to:

  • Generate any invoices that allow customers to pay via the PayNow functionality.
  • Receive any payments made using an active PayNow link.
This impacts Sage 200cloud Standard, Sage for Education users and Sage 200cloud Professional customers using Summer 2018 Enhancements or above where they use the PayNow functionality for GoCardless, Stripe & PayPal.
