| Show alternate row colours on your employee list |
Description | To make things easier to find when you're working with large lists of employees, you can add alternate row colours to the list to make it look like this >  NOTE: You can choose which colour you want to use. Let's do this now. |
Resolution | Set alternate row colours - Click View, then Options.
- Click the Colours tab.
- Ensure the Ignore colours check box is blank.
- Next to Alternate Employee Lines, click this
icon. - Select a basic colour.
TIP: Or, to add a custom colour click Define Custom Colours, then Add to Custom Colours. - Click OK.
TIP: To remove all colours, click Revert to Defaults.
