Show alternate row colours on your employee list
Description

To make things easier to find when you're working with large lists of employees, you can add alternate row colours to the list to make it

Set alternate row colours

  1. Click View, then Options.
  2. Click the Colours tab.
  3. Ensure the Ignore colours check box is blank.
  4. Next to Alternate Employee Lines, click this  icon.
  5. Select a basic colour.
     TIP: Or, to add a custom colour click Define Custom Colours, then Add to Custom Colours. 
  6. Click OK.

TIP: To remove all colours, click Revert to Defaults
