Sage (UK) Limited ("we", "us" "our") is the data controller of any personal data you provide to us or which we collect and hold about you when you sign-up to be onboarded onto the Sage Employee Benefits programme (“Onboarding Service”). We will use and process your personal data in accordance with data protection laws.

Where you are providing us with personal data about a person other than yourself (such as an employee), you must inform them that you are providing their personal data to us and refer them to this data and privacy notice.

In the sign-up process for the Onboarding Service, we will ask you to provide certain information including your name, company details, contact details and any other information which we may obtain from our own records. We process your personal data for the purposes of providing the Onboarding Service. Your personal data is also used for business purposes such as record keeping. As part of the Onboarding Service, we may need to share your personal data (including customer contact details) with companies within the Sage group depending on where you are accessing the Onboarding Service and third parties such as our onboarding provider, Personal Group. Personal Group is an independent controller in respect of any personal data required in providing the Sage Employee Benefits service and processes such personal data pursuant to its own privacy notice at https://www.personalgroup.com/privacy-policy.

We may receive personal data from Personal Group depending on how you choose to interact with the Onboarding Service. Such personal data may be combined with personal data we already hold. We only use personal data supplied by Personal Group where we have checked that Personal Group either have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your personal data to us.

Depending on where you are accessing the Onboarding Service, we may need to share personal data amongst companies within the global Sage group and this may result in a transfer of your personal data to countries outside of the European Economic Area. We will put appropriate safeguards in place to ensure that your personal data is protected.
