Run Data Download

1. Click Payroll, double-click Processing, then click Data Download.
2. At this point the software performs several checks, so may give you a prompt if you haven't run Pension Auto-Enrolment, have already run Data Download or if there is any reason the routine can't proceed.
3. Click OK on the FULL DATA DOWNLOAD COMPLETE. PROCESSING COMPLETE message.

Reset Download Indicators

If for any reason you need to do the Data Download again, follow this process to reset the download indicators.

1. Click Payroll, double-click Processing, then click Reset Download Indicators.
2. Click Yes.
