Check in Sage 200
  1. Click the Tools menu and then click System Information.
  2. Click About Sage 200 then select the System Details tab.
  3. Check Microsoft .Net Version(s).

    To use Sage 200 2020 R1 you need .NET Framework v4.7.2 or above installed.
Check in Windows
  1. Hold down the Windows key + R and type appwiz.cpl then click OK.

    A list of installed programs appears.
  2. Scroll down and check what version of Microsoft .NET Framework are installed.

    If you're unable to determine your version of .NET here you may need to click Turn Windows features on or off on the left hand side, scroll down and your .net version will be displayed. You may need Administrative rights to access Turn Windows features on or off.To use Sage 200 2020 R1 you need .NET Framework v4.7.2 or above installed.
Check the Version Number of files in the Microsoft.Net Framework folder
  1. In Windows explorer, browse to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.x

    Where x represents the base build number of the framework.
  2. Change the View to Details
  3. Right click on the Name column header and select More.
  4. Select File Version then click OK
  5. The File vumber of the .NETFramework will appear against the file Accessibility.dll
Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or above

If Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or above is installed, you don't need to take any further action.

If it's not installed, to download the update, you can download it from the Microsoft website.
