Description

When using Online Documents in Online Bureau, users receive notification emails of new uploads or when documents are approved and published.

Manager

A Manager user will receive an email notification when a document is approved or rejected.


Publisher

A Publisher user will receive an email notification when a document is approved or rejected.


Uploader

An Uploader user will receive no email notifications. They will only receive the initial welcome email.


Approver

An Approver user will receive an email notification when a document is published to the User Group they belong to. 

They will only receive email notifications for company documents that are uploaded and published. 

They will not receive an email notification for employee documents uploaded and published.


Employees

An employee will receive an email notification when a document is published to the User Group they belong to.
