Using an SMTP server name longer than 30 characters

Resolution
  1. Open the Sage Live Admin program and log in.
  2. Click Admin, then click Run A Program.
  3. Enter the password SoLo and click OK.
  4. Enter the Program Name wreplacedefaults and click OK.
  5. On the screen that appears, in the Code column find the smtpserver entry.
  6. Click into the Value box on this line, and enter the full SMTP server name, then a colon : and then the Port Number.
  7. Click Save, and then Exit.
  8. Click OK, then Cancel.
  9. Try sending a test e-mail to check it works by clicking Admin, then Email Viewer, click the Test Email icon, enter your e-mail address in the To field, and TEST in the Subject and Message fields. Then click Send Email.
