Last year we issued a communication advising that following a product review the Sales, Marketing & Service Connector would enter extended support effective 01 October 2018.

As part of Sage 200 Summer 2019 Enhancements, we planned to release a migration tool to enable customers to move from the connector to Sage 200 integrated CRM. The migration tool will no longer form part of the summer enhancement release. We have taken the decision to delay the release of the tool until December 2019, to ensure we provide the best customer experience.

As a result of this change, the connector will remain in extended support and we will test connector v4.3 for all Sage 200 product releases on or before 31 December 2019.
