NOTE: Foreign currency transactions - You can only edit non-critical fields and the exchange rate on foreign transactions. To amend other critical fields, delete then re-enter the transaction.
- Click Customers and click the required customer then click Activity.
- Click the customer credit, SC, you want to amend then click Edit transaction.
- Amend the transaction details as required.
To edit certain fields, you may have to click Edit again.
- Once complete, click Save then click Yes and click Close.
What happens to when I edit a customer credit transaction?
What happens to the transaction depends on whether you're editing a critical or non-critical field and whether it's VAT reconciled or not:

The existing customer batch credit is amended with the new values. |

The credit is reversed by automatically posting a customer batch invoice, then a newly amended customer batch credit is posted. |
