Edit the transaction   NOTE: Foreign currency transactions - You can only edit non-critical fields and the exchange rate on foreign transactions. To amend other critical fields, delete then re-enter the transaction.   - Go to Customers and select the required customer.
  - Click Activity.
  - Select the SC to amend then click Edit transaction.
  - Amend the transaction details as required.
  To edit certain fields, click Edit again. 
 
  
 
   - Once complete, click Save.
  - Click Yes and click Close.
 
       What happens when you edit the transaction What happens to the transaction depends on whether you're editing a critical or non-critical field  and whether it's VAT reconciled or not:     | Not VAT reconciled |  Critical field |  The transaction is deleted and replaced with an amended credit. |     | Non-critical field |  The existing customer batch credit is amended with the new values. |     | VAT reconciled  |  Critical field |  The credit is reversed by automatically posting a customer batch invoice, then a newly amended customer batch credit is posted. |     | Non-critical field |  The existing customer batch credit is amended with the new values. |          [BCB:19:UK - Sales message :ECB] |
