Auto Enrolment contact details incorrect in pension letters
Description

When you use Send Pension Correspondence, your software adds contact details from your settings.

If any of the contact details on auto enrolment letters are incorrect, follow the steps below.

Cause

Administrator details

  1. Click Company and then Pension Schemes.
  2. Select the pension scheme that is in use and click Edit.
  3. Choose the Provider tab along the top and edit the name in the Administrator Details section.
  4. Click OK.

Company address

  1. Click Company and then Settings.
  2. Edit the address in the Details tab.
  3. Click OK.

You can now go back into Send Pension Correspondence and preview the letter again.
