If Sage 50 Accounts prompts you to re-enter Microsoft 365 credentials, you need the email address and password of the Microsoft 365 account owner.

Find the Microsoft 365 account owner

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin centre.
2. Go to Groups.
3. Open the main group for your organisation.
4. Check the Owner section.

The listed user is the Microsoft 365 account owner.

If you can't determine who owns the Microsoft 365 account, contact your Microsoft 365 provider or IT administrator for assistance.
